Return Process

  Securely pack your Rapsodo device and all original components into the box, ensuring the unit is protected from shipping damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
